IT support is provided through Harlequin ITS’s 1 Point Help Desk. Your infrastructure will be continually monitored through our live management sentinels, which help us to keep all of your computers running as efficiently as possible.

If you are a new customer, we will undertake a full network and solutions audit of your IT systems. This would allow us to bench mark future performance and set up regular maintenance and replacement programmes.
